Foodie Fare along the Delaware. The 2008 Delaware
River Food and Wine Festival presents culinary enthusiasts
with a dazzling menu of special events. The Festival’s
main event, the Foodie Fare Along the Delaware, will
be held on Saturday September 20th, and will feature
a 35-course tasting menu accompanied by suggested
wine and micro brew pairings. |

Rodeo
and Chili Cookoff: Gates open at 11:30am and rodeo
begins at 2pm each day. Come and experience the thrill
of the Pro Cowboys competing in five events, including
Saddle Bronc Riding, Bull Riding, Bareback Bronc Riding,
Team Roping, Calf Roping and Bull Dogging, which are
fully approved and sanctioned by the Professional
Rodeo Cowboys Association. Pros from the First Frontier
Circuit and the Women's Professional Rodeo Association
will compete showing their best cowboy and cowgirl
skills. New Chili Cookoff will be on each day between
11:30am-1:30pm. Come early and sample a variety of
chilis from mild to hot and even white chili! Vote
for your favorite! |
