We Met... |
I met my fiancé
on a Wednesday October night. There was
a youth event at the church; she was there
with about thirty other youth. I was quiet
the whole time but I kept looking her way,
something about her was attracting me in
such a way that I could not stop looking
at her. At the end of the event I asked
one of the youth members that I knew, “Who
is that girl?” The person answered
“That‘s the daughter of the
Pastor of this church.” He responded
“why you ask?” I said “Because
I have a feeling in my heart that she’s
the one for me and I’m going to marry
her one day.” |

Engagement...

My fiancé planned out the whole thing
along with my sister, my brother and his
wife. I walked into my apartment to find
that there were rose petals all over the
living room floor, two huge bouquets of
red and pink roses and Kenny G playing in
the background. As I turned around I found
my fiancé on one knee opening a small
box to the most gorgeous ring a girl could
ever have. I remember covering my face thinking
this is what I was waiting my whole life
for. |
